Correspondence Letter Translations

The Letter Translation screen allows for the establishment of triggers to generate selected letters from the following Sonata events:

• Activities (for Life or General Insurance products)
• Processes

• Transactions - Pricing (typically for Managed Funds or Unitised Life products)

• Transactions - Keying

Notes:

• Process-based triggers should only be used if it is not possible to trigger the letter by an Activity or a Transaction. However, user must pre-define the Process triggers in the Code Type "CLPN" in Codes and Types (Common > Static Data).

• Transaction- Pricing-based triggers generate a letter on the pricing of the selected transaction for the selected product. 

• Transaction- Keying-based triggers generate a letter to place a transaction for the selected product.
