This functionality allows user to identify and flag which letters must be reprinted, via the system’s records of previous print jobs.
It also allows user to delete previous print jobs from the system when they are no longer required.
The screen is split into 3 panels:
A list of previous print jobs
The printers used for each print job
The letters which were allocated to each printer
Note –
Keep up to date with deleting old print jobs otherwise this becomes more difficult to do over time
By deleting the print job user is not deleting the letter data itself. User can always reprint any individual letter again via Letter Enquiry.
