Letter Pack

A letter pack allows you to group together templates that are to be sorted together in one print run.

For example, you could sort together a covering letter plus policy schedule or other detail documents.  It also allows you to set the sorting sequence for the letters (e.g. you can elect to print in Country, Post Code sequence).

The 3 panels of the screen show:

• The letter pack name and description
• The letter templates that make up the letter pack
• A sorting sequence for the letter pack

Notes:

1. You may only include a letter template flagged as "allow merge" in a letter pack.  The system will only show these for selection.
2. The maximum number of Letter Templates that may be included in a Letter Pack is 31.
